I LOVE coffee. LOVE it! Before becoming gluten and dairy free I would always drink real dairy lattes, mochas, and I would always have half and half or another form of creamer in my coffee. These days I drink my coffee black. It’s taken me a while to get to this point. Every now and then I’ll still crave a vanilla iced latte. I’ve come up with an dairy and sugar free alternative and just thought I’d share.
Here’s what you’ll need:
a tall glass
rice milk (or your favorite dairy free milk)
NuNaturals Vanilla Liquid Stevia (or coconut sugar, agave, honey, brown rice syrup, etc…)
freshly brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature (at least)
Fill the glass with ice (all the way to the top). Add in a splash of rice milk (the amount really depends on preference), then 3 – 5 drops of vanilla stevia. Fill the glass up with coffee, stir and enjoy.
