Date Sweetened Creamy Vegan Fudgesicles
Serves: about 8-12, depending on the size of your molds
  1. In a small mixing bowl, submerge the dates in hot water and let them sit for 10 minutes to soften. Drain the water and discard it.
  2. Place the dates, hemp seeds, and the canned coconut milk in a high speed blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the almond milk, cocoa powder, and Nunatural's vanilla stevia. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour into popsicle molds (I have these) and freeze until solid.

I highly recommend using the Aroy-d brand of canned coconut milk. It's rich and creamy, yet preservative free. It's the best coconut milk out there!
