Hi Megan! Thanks so much for hosting! I’m sharing my Roasted Corn Avocado Dip and my Star Wars Cake (perfect for any boy’s summer birthday). Have a wonderful week!

How exciting that my Flourless Doughless Pizza was the reader favorite! Thanks so much for allowing me to share that terrific recipe that shows that good gf pizza is still possible. :-) This week I’ve linked up my latest recipe on gfe–Meat Lover’s Chicken–and the Top 20 Desserts roundup for June from All Gluten-Free Desserts. There are some posts I missed from last week that I must check out and already so many choices for this week that I must investigate. Thanks for hosting, dear!

Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my ice cream birthday cake which is a great alternative to a traditional birthday cake—no apologies needed for being allergy-friendly. I’m also sharing my update to coconut milk ice cream— vanilla custard ice cream that’s rich and creamy and SCOOPABLE.
