    Hi Megan,

    I haven’t got a recipe to link up this week but I did write a post about a farmer (Gods Little Acre Farm) in our area who over the past 3 years has donated more than 300,000 lbs of fresh vegetables to local food banks and soup kitchens. It’s a remarkable story.

    Love last week’s highlights, your and Jeanine’s posts for this week, and what’s been shared so far–wow! I’ve linked up my Crème Brulee Ice Cream. It really is “to die for”! And I shared my Four-Ingredient Taco Seasoning that you don’t have to make ahead of time, which is really handy for someone like me who tends to fly by the seat of my pants, plus it’s very economical and ensures easy and tasty tacos. I also share my method for thawing frozen ground beef, turkey, etc. easily and quickly, without a microwave. :-) No need to go out to dinner because you didn’t thaw out the meat–yay!

    I didn’t know about this link-up until I saw it in the FB group post and it was lucky I had a post to bring this week! I’ve not been able to find the time recently to cook and take photos (they take me ages to do) so it’s lovely to come over here and look at all the recipes today.

    Thanks for hosting! This week I shared my AIP Chicken Apple Salad which is great with some crackers. I use Auto immune moms plantain crackers but you may use any gluten free cracker. I also use this for picnics or traveling and just keep it in a small cooler. Have a great day!
